Public Law

7BR’s barristers are involved in a wide range of public law cases, and challenges under the Human Rights Act 1998, appearing at every level, often in the Court of Appeal, the House of Lords, the Supreme Court, and the Privy Council, as well as international constitutional cases. We act for individuals, commercial bodies, regulators, quasi-public bodies, and central and local government.

Chambers’ public law and judicial review work includes:
