7BR has an experienced team of barristers who are regularly instructed as counsel or the Judge on private financial dispute resolution hearings, also known as ‘neutral evaluation’.
Parties may wish to use this process which allows them to book a mutually convenient date, avoiding the delay of waiting for a court date, which is sometimes listed many months in advance. These appointments can take place confidentially in one of our many conference suites or, if suitable, by video conference.
This is a cost-effective and time efficient approach that will enable family’s finances and arrangements for children, to be considered in a less adversarial setting. The indications are impartial and are thoughtfully considered by well-regarded experts from 7BR.
