In international arbitration, Chambers spotlights the work of senior barrister Jern-Fei Ng KC. Jern-Fei has extensive experience appearing before Courts and Arbitral Tribunals as lead counsel, and sits as arbitrator in different jurisdictions, including England, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands and Luxembourg. His arbitration experience includes ad hoc arbitrations and those conducted pursuant to HKIAC, ICC, LCIA, LMAA, SIAC and UNCITRAL Rules, in addition to a range of arbitration-related applications before the English courts.
