Our investigations clients include multi-national corporations, educational organisations, regulators, government bodies, global consultancies and sporting bodies, health sector companies and trusts, to name a few.

In employment and equality law, our barristers have undertaken investigations within a variety of areas. These include whistleblowing, allegations of discrimination, bullying, harassment, sexual assault, breaches of codes of conduct, and performance issues. They have chaired disciplinary and disciplinary appeal hearings. Our barristers are experienced employment and equality law practitioners and are able to anticipate how an employment tribunal is likely to view matters.
