Pavlos Panayi QC, who is part of the conference organising committee is looking forward to attending and speaking at the “Common Law in Europe” conference this Thursday and Friday in Limassol. Leading practitioners from across the common law jurisdictions of Europe will be discussing a fascinating range of topics.
Pavlos will be chairing a panel discussion on Friday morning called: “Regulation of financial markets: how to square economic imperatives and guarantees of minimum rights with effective enforcement”. He will be part of a panel representing the professions in England, Cyprus, Jersey and the Republic of Ireland.
