Leslie Keegan has been successful in settling a case for a total of £775,000. The case involved a woman in her early 40s who appeared to have suffered organic brain damage as a result of sepsis. However, following extensive investigations it was established that she had an honest but mistaken belief that she suffered a brain injury and that what she had developed was a Functional Neurological Disorder that made it difficult to return to work, and to carry out personal and domestic tasks.
Leslie was instructed by Thompsons Cardiff.
The case has been reported on Lawtel and can be found here.
