Jennifer Carter-Manning QC represented NatWest Bank in the first FCA prosecution of a UK bank involving offences under the Money Laundering Regulations 2007.
NatWest pleaded guilty to three charges for offences which occurred between 2012-2016, and the case concluded with Mrs Justice Cockerill imposing a fine of £264.8m on NatWest.
