Given the increasing involvement of the law on the regulation of sport there is a need to ensure that practical, effective advice and representation is given both to sports organisations and to professional sports-men and women, in addition to managers, coaches, organisations and medical professionals.
7BR provides a comprehensive service relating to all regulatory and disciplinary aspects of sports law, including human rights. The areas covered include advice and representation on disciplinary matters before the FA, RFL and RFU in addition to disciplinary proceedings affecting all other major sports.
In particular 7BR can assist both sports organisations and individuals to protect interests in cases of alleged doping and doping sanctions.
