Join us on for a seminar discussing stress at work claims and to celebrate the publication of Liam Ryan’s new book: “A Practical Guide to Psychiatric claims in Personal Injury.”
The seminar will examine the causes of action available in Claimants the County and High Courts for claims for psychiatric injury based on allegations of stress at work. Liam will also consider the tactical and practical observations as to how to run or defend such claims, as well as the tactical options created for parties during the life span of such litigations.
The seminar will also consider the recent judgment of Marsh v MoJ [2017] EWHC 1040 (QB) dealing with lengthy disciplinary processes and BAE Systems (Operations) Ltd v Konczak [2017] EWCA Civ 1188, dealing with issues of apportionment in claims for psychiatric injury.
