James Hamilton-Flack’s main responsibilities include diary management, counsel allocation and fee negotiation. He is also responsible for fixing in all court divisions and works closely with the senior civil clerk to assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the Clerks Room.

James joined 7BR in 2019 from a Leading Commercial, Chancery Set of Chambers based in Lincoln’s Inn.
