We are looking for a full time receptionist (9am – 6pm) to join our busy and friendly administration team. The ideal candidate will be articulate and well-presented. The successful candidate will need to operate chambers’ switchboard as well as front of house for clients calling into chambers. They will assist with the setting up of conference rooms, including the provision of tea and coffee, also they will need to assist with catering orders as required by the Barristers for marketing events and chambers’ meetings. Assist with marketing registration and serving food and drinks at seminars when needed.
Must have experience of working in a similar role, excellent telephone manner, experienced in Word and Excel, good team player and have experience in planning and organising meetings.
