7BR has long been associated with Public Inquiry work. Our members have chaired inquiries, and acted as Counsel to the Inquiry, on behalf of Salmon or warning letter recipients, and on behalf of core participants.
Members have been involved in all aspects of public inquiries including, the extensive drafting and provision of statements; the interviewing of witnesses; the drafting of written and oral submissions; and oral advocacy within the context of the Inquiries Act 2005. We are familiar with the unique and consuming challenges Inquiry work can bring.
