Nick was called to the Bar of England and Wales at The Inner Temple, London, England, in 2001 and to the Bar of the Cayman Islands in October 2011.
Described in the most recent edition of the Legal 500 as ‘Exceptional’ and a ‘leader in his field’, Nick’s practice covers all aspects of litigation. He combines extensive civil and commercial litigation experience with expertise in criminal litigation, most notably serious organised and white collar crime. Nick regularly advises both individuals and institutions on all aspects of insolvency, compliance and regulatory issues.
Nick also has expertise in employment relations, personal injury and clinical negligence. Nick frequently advises both individuals and institutions on all aspects of work place issues, from unfair dismissal to drafting compliance and disciplinary procedures.
Nick’s wide practice ensures that he regularly appears before all the divisions of the Grand Court, Cayman Islands Court of Appeal and the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.
