Holly’s criminal practice covers general crime, and she represents defendants and prosecuting authorities in the Crown Court, Magistrates’ Court and Youth Court. She conducts trials in her own right, and has been instructed as junior counsel prosecuting murder and manslaughter. She previously volunteered as an Appropriate Adult in Southwark police stations, where she advocated for young people and vulnerable adults in detention.
Holly has a broad family practice covering public and private law. She has appeared at all levels up to the High Court, and her experience involves forced marriage, care, relocation and private children. She is adept at representing vulnerable clients with sensitivity.

Holly has experience advising and acting for claimants and local authorities in personal injury claims and associated litigation on the small claims and fast track.
Holly also welcomes instructions on Gypsy and Traveller rights cases and defending against enforcement and eviction proceedings, building on her previous experience working at the Public Interest Law Centre. She has appeared as a junior in a High Court appeal defending possession proceedings in respect of moorings along the River Thames, which raised public law and Article 8 defences.
