7BR’s Lubeya Ramadhan successfully acted for the respondent in A Father v A Mother [2026] EWHC 1410 (Fam).
The Father applied under the 1980 Hague Convention for the summary return of three children to Peru. The High Court dismissed the Hague application accepting the case argued on behalf of the Mother that there was no wrongful retention pursuant to Article 3 and the children had become habitually resident by the relevant date.
