The case was listed for a 4-day contested trial before HHJ Vincent to determine whether permission should be granted to the mother to remove her two children (aged 13 years and 8 years) permanently to live in Australia.
Anita Guha KC was instructed by James Netto and Rosa Schofield of International Family Group to appear on behalf of the Mother at the final hearing. Anita challenged the negative recommendation made by the jointly instructed ISW that the relocation application be refused due to the impact of the relationship between the children and their father.
