Mass Ndow-Njie has had an article published by Football Law (footballlaw.co.uk), in which he analyses his recent case about a coach he represented whom the FA Appeal Board agreed was denied the right to a fair trial in an FA disciplinary hearing.
In the article, Mass considers whether the right to a fair hearing is secure in the context of the FA’s whole game system (an online portal used by the FA and grassroots football for administrative tasks).
