Claimant awarded £300,684.75 in long running complex discrimination, financial sector claims.
In 2018 the Claimant succeeded in the ET in claims of sex and maternity discrimination and harassment relating to being passed over for promotion to Head of Markets Compliance, the diminishing of her role post maternity leave, and continuing diminishing factors regarding Deputy roles. The Claimant’s 2 day remedy hearing concluded in January 2023 and has awarded the Claimant £300,684.75 by way of compensation.
