Andrew Pearson was a father-of-two motorcyclist who had his right leg amputated following a crash when a car pulled out in front of him in Sleaford.
As a result of the crash, Mr Pearson suffered life-changing injuries, including the loss of his right leg, a severe brachial plexus injury to the left arm causing complete loss of sensation and paralysis and a traumatic brain injury.
