Join us for a forward looking webinar on 27th January from 5:30pm when leaders in their fields will speak about robotics in surgery and medicine.

The use of artificial intelligence and robotics is increasing exponentially across all professional and manufacturing spheres. The Health Service is no exception.

Complex issues arise as to the circumstances in which robotic and computer assisted  surgery is appropriate, justified or practical. The liability  of  software manufacturers, referring surgeons and hospitals has yet to be properly considered. Public acceptance  of AI and robotics is also crucial to the determination of consent issues.

The session will be chaired by Rachel Langdale QC and will consist of three talks from our speakers:

This is will be followed by a panellist discussion featuring Mr Stewart Tucker, Thomas Jervis of Leigh Day and 7BR members, Deirdre Goodwin and Sarah Edwards.
