We are joined today by Nia Frobisher, who will provide her insight and discuss the Supreme Court judgment on the case of Khan v Meadows, of which Simeon Maskrey QC successfully represented the Respondent as lead counsel.

Nia has a mixed common law practice regularly representing both claimants and defendants in a wide range of disciplines, including personal injury, clinical negligence, family law, inquests and commercial work.
