This week on Part-Heard we are joined by Joshua Yetman to talk about strike outs in the Employment Tribunal and his recent appearance in the Employment Appeal Tribunal, in which he successfully argued to have the strike out order set aside.
Joshua is one of Chambers most recent tenants, having completed his pupillage in October 2020. Whilst he currently has a mixed practice, he has particular experience in Employment law.
