7BR is delighted to welcome Jern-Fei Ng QC as a Member of Chambers with effect from Monday, 29 March 2021.

Jern-Fei was called to the English Bar in 2002 and appointed Queen’s Counsel in 2018. He has been instructed in over 300 cases as counsel and has experience sitting as arbitrator in some 30 cases. He has appeared before courts and tribunals and has sat as arbitrator in different jurisdictions – including England, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands and Luxembourg.

Jern-Fei specialises in, amongst others, commercial litigation, international arbitration, civil fraud, commodities, energy and natural resources, and shipping. He also has extensive experience of corporate and insolvency-related disputes and is not only admitted in the British Virgin Islands but has appeared before the courts of the Cayman Islands. He speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese and Bahasa.
