“Child Abduction & Urgent Section 8 Orders.” Anita will be speaking on recent developments in Child Abduction including issues arising from Covid-19. Nia will be considering urgent applications regarding Section 8 Children Act 1989, with particular focus on the impact of Covid-19 on contact arrangements.

“Post-Adoption contact; Challenging Placement Orders.” Kitty and Emily will be considering the issue of contact with family members where a child is made subject to a Placement Order, and applications to discharge and revoke Final Care and Placement Orders.
