Join us for this breakfast seminar where David O’Mahony will discuss the current state of the law as to whether, and in what circumstances criminal and civil asset recovery orders can be enforced against offshore trusts and company structures.
The focus of the discussion will be two recent cases in the Royal Court of Jersey, including the potentially ground-breaking judgment in First Trust Management AG v Attorney General [2018] JRC 64.
The seminar takes place on Wednesday 7 November 2018 at 7BR Chambers.
