Breakfast seminar – Common law duty of care after Darnley

We invite you to join us for this breakfast seminar where Jeremy Pendlebury (who represented the Claimant at first instance, in the Court of Appeal and in the Supreme Court) will discuss the importance and implications of the Supreme Court decision in Darnley v Croydon Health Services NHS Trust [2018] UKSC 50.
