A serving British soldier accused of possessing a document containing terrorist information has been found not guilty by jurors at Birmingham Crown Court. The charge related to a manual by Norwegian terrorist Anders Breivik who murdered 77 people in two attacks in 2011.
Pavlos Panayi QC represented L/Cpl Mikko Vehvianien, 33 who was based at Sennybridge Camp in Brecon.
The defendant was also cleared of two further charges of stirring up racial hatred online.
