Catherine Rayner features in the most recent edition of the Channel 4 show Dispatches to give comment on working practices which were discovered when a reporter went undercover at a Premier Inn hotel.
The undercover investigation revealed pay abuse by a contractor firm who employed cleaning staff at the hotel. Staff were regularly not being paid for overtime and were seen being pressured into working longer hours to meet targets set by their employers.
