Liam will also review the most important costs decisions impacting practices, including: Harrison v University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire NHS Trust [2017] EWCA Civ 791, Findcharm Limited v Churchill Group Limited [2017] EWHC 1108 (TCC) and the potential for professional negligence claims arising from Catalano v Espley-Tyas Development Group Ltd [2017] EWCA Civ 1132.
