Susan Belgrave
Susan is recommended as a leading employment barrister in Legal 500 with years of experience in employment tribunals and higher courts. She has particular expertise in discrimination claims which constitutes the majority of her caseload across all protected characteristics, and has appeared in a number of high profile cases.

Elaine Banton
Elaine has specialised in employment and discrimination law from the outset of her career. Her practice covers the broad range of employment and discrimination law. Elaine represents both claimants and respondents in long running multi-strand discrimination matters and advises public bodies on high level strategic/policy matters including equality issues such as equal pay/harmonisation.
