Ricky Miller, who plays for Dover Athletic Football Club, was accused of racially abusing and committing a racially aggravated assault on a taxi driver after an end of season awards ceremony in April 2015. Samantha Jones represented Mr Miller in a four day trial at Luton Crown Court in December 2015 before HHJ Bridge. Mr Miller was acquitted of all of the charges.
