Tim Spencer QC leads successful prosecution of two brothers for chloroform murder of Sameena Imam

The two brothers were accused of murdering the cash-and-carry manager from Cardiff on Christmas Eve. Her body was found buried at an allotment in Leicester in January after she was killed with chloroform.

Detective Chief Inspector Caroline Marsh described it as “a particularly challenging case and a particularly complex investigation”.
