Collingwood Thompson QC represents Citic at the Court of Appeal in Hong Kong

Collingwood Thompson QC, instructed by Barry Hoy of Messrs Robertsons in Hong Kong, acted for Citic in this important case decided by the Court of Appeal in Hong Kong.  The Court rejected the narrow interpretation of who the client is for the purposes of legal professional privilege laid down by the English Court of Appeal in the controversial decision of Three Rivers District Council and others V Governor and Company Of The Bank of England (2003) EWCA CIV 474.
