Adam Korn represents family of boy who died at Bristol Children’s Hospital following delay to his cardiac surgery due to error in Millenium computer system. Coroner finds that the delay “disadvantaged” his heart. Sir Ian Kennedy appointed by Sir Bruce Keogh to hold Inquiry into this death and deaths of other children who died following surgery at Bristol Children’s Hospital.
