7 Bedford Row Seminar Series - The Limitation Lottery: Abuse claims after Hoare

7 Bedford Row's Local Authority Liability Team willl be holding a seminar on 8 May 2008 which will deliver a thorough analysis of recent developments in the law concerning allegations of historic abuses. Among the cases considered will be A v Hoare and Pierce v Doncaster. The event will be of interest to practitioners acting for local authorites, private residential homes, churches and other organisations facing such allegations.
The speakers will be Kate Thirlwall QC, Steven Ford and Adam Weitzman.
