The Road Ahead for Personal Injury Claims: A series of three seminars

7 Bedford Row's personal injury team will be holding a series of seminars in June 2008.
The first seminar in the series will discuss the identification and pleading of fraud in personal injury claims, and how engineering evidence can be used to establish fault. The second seminar will focus on the assessment of conscious or unconscious exaggeration and disclosure. The final seminar will provide a practical approach to the negotiation of settlements.

Chaired by senior members of the personal injury team and with speakers from 7 Bedford Row, the judiciary and the medical and expert engineering fields, the seminar series will be of interest to personal injury practitioners, insurers, claim handlers and risk managers.
