Gordon Aspden represents Solicitor charged with theft and money laundering

Laverick stole £214,000 of her clients monies over a period of three and a half years.  Many of the thefts were from funds she was administering on behalf of the Court of Protection.

The bulk of the remainder was stolen from estates of dead clients.  Laverick pleaded Guilty to all of the charges.
