Luke Blackburn successfully prosecutes police sergeant

A Staffordshire police sergeant  prosecuted by Luke Blackburn was convicted at Birmingham today of two offences of fraud and one of perverting the course of justice.  The Judge has adjourned the case for a month before passing sentence.
