Business Crime Seminar

7 Bedford Row’s business crime team will be hosting a seminar and drinks reception on Thursday 13 March 2008. The speaker is Stephen Gentle. He is a partner at Kingsley Napley and specialises in complex fraud matters, frequently with a multi-jurisdictional dimension. Stephen also advises in corruption, cartel and money laundering matters. He will be speaking on the topic of “Crime, Regulation and Discipline: Evidential Tensions and Procedural Conflicts.”
