Tom undertakes a full range of employment work encompassing unfair dimissal, discrimination, TUPE, redundancy, equal pay and ancillary breach of contract claims.
He acts for claimiants (both privately funded individuals and trade unions) and respondents (including public bodies and private companies) at all levels, from pre-action advisory work through to final hearings and the EAT.
