Widely recognised for her expertise in all areas of personal injury, Rosalind is increasingly instructed by both claimants and defendants in two specialist areas: clinical negligence and industrial disease. She has particular experience in cases involving asbestos-related disease, VWF/HAVS, WRULD and deafness.
Rosalind is also well-known as a leading practitioner in group actions arising from allegations of historic abuse in institutional care. Her experience in dealing with historic abuse claims is relevant to Rosalind's child law practice. She is familiar with all aspects of care work, and in particular in "failure to remove" cases.
