Patricia has a broad range of experience in financial services, regulatory matters and serious crimes including theft, serious violence, money laundering and forfeiture. Patricia has also undertaken regulatory work involving FSA investigations (FSA v. W (a firm)) and has worked for the Serious Fraud Office on multi-million pound complex fraud litigation (R v Brook & Fraser: prosecution of an alleged £250 million investment fraud).
Patricia has considerable multi-jurisdictional experience through working in several jurisdictions, namely Ireland, UK and Guernsey. She also speaks fluent French, having studied law in Paris. Patricia has recently spent 8 months in a leading off shore law firm in Guernsey advising on complex, high profile and high value commercial litigation.
