Kate has a wide ranging practice. Described in the Legal 500 year on year as "an exceptional advocate" she is most often involved on behalf of defendants in large scale litigation arising out of professional negligence within public authorities and other large organisations across the country. She appeared for McDonalds in their successful defence of a group action in product liability (the hot coffee cases). She has just appeared in the House of Lords in four cases on the law of limitation.
