Jonathan undertakes both claimant and defendant clinical negligence claims. He has advised on cases concerning the adequacy of medical treatment and diagnosis given to Claimant’s who have been admitted to the care of accident and emergency departments.
He has also appeared at inquests, to date primarily for potential defendants, seeking to avoid findings of neglect which would then be used by the families of the deceased to found clinical negligence or quasi clinical negligence claims.
