Daniel joined chambers in 2009 after successfully completing his pupillage. His pupil supervisors were Adam Weitzman and Simon Thomas.
Since joining chambers, Daniel’s employment practice has continued to grow. He has been involved in cases from the advisory stages, through to pre trial reviews and full tribunal hearings. Daniel has acted predominately for claimants but has experience of acting for respondents.
He has dealt with cases involving unfair dismissal and discrimination in which the issues have involved alleged ‘sham’ redundancies, gross misconduct, TUPE transfers, and dismissals on grounds related to pregnancy. Daniel is keen to develop his employment law practice.
