Conor has advised both on liability and quantum in many areas of personal injury including but not limited to,orthopaedic injuries, sensory loss, loss of limb, loss of mobility, brain damage, low velocity impact injuries and psychiatric damage
Conor has dealt with a number of fraudulent passenger and driver claims.
Conor has acted for local authorities on all matters of personal injury arising from vicarious liability, highways and employers’ liability matters. Conor has a regular practice defending highways maintenance matters in court.
Conor has acted regularly Defendants in historic sexual abuse cases, in actions against educational and care institutions, failure to remove and all aspects of Local Authority care.

Key cases
A v Hoare[2008] UKHL 6 - As a pupil Conor worked on the H case at trial and the C case in the Court of Appeal that were conjoined appeals heard by the House of Lords. A v Hoare is the leading case on limitation in personal injury and historical sexual abuse.
Dunnett v Devon CC where a convicted murderer sought compensation for historic abuse
Bicz v Nahome 2010 Successful trial in the QBD on liability for the Defendant in a case against a motorist for injuries suffered when a cyclist was seriously injured in a collision with a car.
Bailey & Others v GlaxoSmithkline- Conor was instructed in a large class action product liability case involving claims of personal injury caused by the use of the medication Seroxat
