Anita is a specialist in Child & Family Law.
Anita undertakes public law care proceedings, frequently involving allegations of non accidental injury and/or sexual abuse. She has dealt with issues surrounding res judicata. She has experience of representing local authorities, parents and children. She is also instructed in Adoption Law and related cases.
Additionally, Anita undertakes private law Chidren Act cases.
She is experienced in international family law, including Child Abduction (Hague Convention and Non Convention cases), Wardship/Inherent Jurisdiction and Relocation cases.
Within her forced marriage caseload, Anita has represented Plaintiffs, Local Authorities and Defendants at High Court and County Court level.
