Both a criminal and a civil practitioner, Joanna works across a variety of areas. In crime she undertakes the full range of Crown Court work and is instructed for both the defence and prosecution.
Her civil workload features personal injury, accidents at work and contractual/commercial cases on both a fast-track and multi-track level.
In child law Joanna works mainly on public law cases. She has appeared in the High Court on a child abduction matter and has been instructed on high-value ancillary relief cases.
Joanna also has extensive experience in offshore work, regularly undertaking instructions from the Jersey-based law firm BakerPlatt – a 7 Bedford Row Alliance partner – including trust disputes and general commercial litigation.
