Rated as a leading clinical negligence junior by Chambers & Partners (2008) and as a leading personal injury junior by The Legal 500 (2007), Jeremy specialises in cases of maximum severity in both these areas, acting for claimants and defendants. In clinical negligence Jeremy is well known for his experience in obstetric related cerebral palsy; and also has particular interests in neonatal injury and brain and spinal injuries.

Jeremy handles all areas of personal injury work but particularly catastrophic injury industrial and building site accidents and road traffic accidents; and he has a special interest in fatal accident cases. His extensive medico-legal knowledge is also sought after for disciplinary cases in the medical profession and health & safety matters that involve personal injury. He also undertakes professional negligence and contractual insurance disputes work.

Jeremy lectures on his areas of legal expertise and is an accredited mediator.
