Jeffrey's practice focuses on three main areas: employment and discrimination cases, regulatory and disciplinary work, and commercial litigation.
In employment and discrimination law, Jeffrey is regularly instructed by local authorities, plcs and individuals in lengthy, high value, and sensitive discrimination cases (including multi-party equal pay cases). He also has experience of ‘city' claims in relation to bonuses and share option schemes.
Jeffrey both prosecutes and defends in professional disciplinary proceedings in both the financial and medical fields.
Jeffrey has 14 years experience of commercial litigation, in a variety of areas including civil fraud, sales of goods, agency, conflict of laws, and in cases involving matters of insurance law.
Jeffrey speaks and writes regularly in his practice areas. He is the co-author of a chapter in Tolleys Employment Law and also a contributor to Jordans' Commercial and Mercantile Courts Litigation Practice and has published in the New Law Journal and Financial Times.
